Free summer series explores animal senses

Learn how wonderfully different animal senses can be from our own during a free summer series sponsored by PPL’s Susquehanna Riverlands and the McBride Memorial Library. The first program, which focuses on sight, will be held 6:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 7, at the library in Berwick.

Join us to discuss how animals use their five senses to find food, locate others of their kind and stay alive. Geared toward children ages 5-8, this program features a short lesson followed by a fun activity or craft.

Because space is limited, preregistration is required. To register, call the library at 570-752-2241.
