Warbler Walk

Join us for a morning walk in search of warblers from 7:30-9:30 a.m. Saturday, May 16, at PPL’s Montour Environmental Preserve.

Warblers have been called the “butterflies of the bird world” and with good reason. These small birds have colorful patterns and flit from treetop to treetop, rarely keeping still for very long. Join me for this easy-paced walk in search of birds as they forage for a morning meal. Please dress for the weather and bring binoculars and a field guide if you have them.

This free program will begin at the environmental education center. For more information or directions, contact the preserve at 570-437-3131 or jdbeam@pplweb.com.
